Nick Colaianni is Co-Director of the New Sound Assembly Chorus. A formally trained musician, Nick became involved with barbershop in 1957 and has been singing in quartets and choruses ever since. Nick has attended Harmony College multiple times for coaching quartets and directing choruses. Nick currently sings in two chapter quartets; singing tenor for Beantown Bound and bass for Curbside.

Ralph Kerr is Co-Director of the New Sound Assembly Chorus. Ralph began singing in children's choirs at age 7 and has been singing ever since in community and church choirs and other musical groups. Ralph has been a member of the chorus since 1990, has served as President, and has been a recipient of the chorus' Barbershopper of the Year award. Singing lead, Ralph currently performs with two chapter quartets, Beantown Bound and Imagination.
